I will be talking about the ABCs of how women are socialized and how we need to relearn our ABCs while finding that external force in order for us to make positive changes.

Nikki Nigl (rhymes with eagle) has lived coast to coast, drawing inspHERation from the women she has convHERsations with. Possessed by her Midwest sensibility, West Coast calm, and East Coast edge. Nikki received her Bachelors and Master’s Degree from Northeastern Illinois University in Human Resource Development in 2012 and Communications, Media, & Theatre in 2014.
